LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the Outstanding Duplicate of Memorandum of Transfer 24393, PATRICK JOSEPH O'REGAN and PATRICK FRANCIS O'REGAN to A. R. WALLIS, LIMITED, a company having its registered office at Greymouth, being a grant of timber rights and other rights incidental thereto, over those parcels of land comprising Sections 17, 20, and part Section 27, Block IX, and Sections 1 and 13, Block XIII, Inangahua Survey District, and being the land in renewable leases, Vol. 39, folio 203, Vol. 49, folio 296, and Vol. 53, folio 137, and certificates of title, Vol. 43, folio 209, and Vol 42, folio 80 (Nelson Land Registry), and application having been made to me to register Transfer 28519, being a surrender of the said rights contained in Transfer 24393, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to register such surrender upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the destruction of outstanding renewable lease, Vol. 22, folio 246 (Westland Registry), for all that parcel of land containing three hundred and thirty-four (334) acres, being section two thousand five hundred and eighty-four (2584), Block XII, Kopara Survey District, whereof JOHN O'SHANNESSY is the registered lessee, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional renewable lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional renewable lease accordingly upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
