Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block XIV, Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Cambridge Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 4 acres 2 roods 38 perches.
Being portion of part Pukekura No. 1 Block; coloured purple.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 4 acres 2 roods 30 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotment 227, Pukekura Parish, Pukekura A Block, and part Pukekura No. 1 Block; coloured green.
Situated in Block XIV, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29136.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97483, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of December, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and section thirty-two of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1936, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twentieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
