A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land in the City of Wellington described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 1·23 Lot 1, D.P. 349, and being part Section 787, Town of Wellington ; coloured yellow.
0 0 0·26 Lot 2, D.P. 349, and being part Section 787, Town of Wellington ; coloured blue.

Situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 3181.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97645, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1937.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road:
3 acres 0 roods 4 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 27, Paparoa Parish.

Situated in Blocks XII and XVI, Matakohe Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 29145.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 97627, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mangakahia Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
