Additional Land at Tawa Flat taken for the Purposes of the Wellington - Tawa Flat Deviation Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Wellington - Tawa Flat Deviation Railway to take further land at Tawa Flat in addition to land previously acquired for the purpose of the said railway :

Now, therefore, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections thirty-four and two hundred and sixteen of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked L.O. 5001 and 5002, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, blue, and green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of December, 1937.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 1 rood 0-1 perches. Being Lot 15, D.P. 2013, of Section 42, Porirua Registration District, Block VII, Belmont Survey District, Makara County.

In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 4990, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of December, 1937.
