Notice to Persons affected by Applications for Licences under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that applications have been received from—
(1) R. Brunton, for a license to take fish at Auckland by means of a 40 ft. 40/45 h.p. motor-boat using drag and Danish seine-nets, long and hand lines.
(2) W. Dean, for a license to take fish at Hauraki Gulf by means of a 28 ft. 6 h.p. motor-launch using set-nets and long-lines.
(3) C. A. Johnson, for a license to take fish at Thames by means of a 21 ft. 8 h.p. motor-launch using set-nets.
(4) A. H. Harvey, for a license to take fish at French Pass by means of a 42 ft. 30 h.p. motor-launch using long and hand lines and nets.
(5) R. N. Turner, for a license to take fish at French Pass by means of a 16 ft. 23 h.p. motor-boat using lines and hand-nets.
(6) R. H. Wilkie, for a license to take fish at Wanganui by means of a 30 ft. 8 h.p. motor-launch using hand and long lines.
(7) Geo. Harlin, for a license to take fish and crayfish at Mataroa Bay by means of a 15 ft. 6/10 h.p. motor-launch using hand-lines and crayfish pots.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau in respect of these applications, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 22nd November, 1937.
