CHANGE OF NAME.
NOTICE is hereby given that I, the undersigned, MICHAEL BRUNTON, of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Dominion of New Zealand, Mercantile Marine Officer, heretofore or sometime known as MICHAEL BONCHEVSKY, being a British subject have by deed-poll dated the 27th day of October, 1937, and enrolled in the Supreme Court Office at Auckland renounced and abandoned my surname of BONCHEVSKY and assigned and adopted the surname of BRUNTON for all purposes whatsoever.

THE members of Clifford’s Pharmacy, Limited, having this day resolved pursuant to section 300 of the Companies Act, 1933, that the company be wound up voluntarily and that JOHN STUART McINNES, of Dunedin, Accountant, be nominated as liquidator. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to section 234 of the said Act at the office of Messrs. J. S. McInnes and Sons, Dunedin, on Saturday, the 6th day of November, 1937, at 10.30 a.m., when a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be submitted.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Wellington City Empowering and Amendment Act, 1919, the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work—namely, for an access-way between Grafton Road and Maida Vale Road in the City of Wellington—and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the Public Office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such land should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.
SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington containing 27·68 perches, being part of Lots 5, 6, and 14, on Deposited Plan Number 473, and being part Section 1, Evans Bay District, coloured red on the plan above mentioned.

That the special order passed at special meeting of the Kairanga County Council and confirmed at the ordinary monthly meeting of the Council on the 19th January, 1932, appointing the undermentioned six ratepayers of the Fitzherbert West Water-race District as managing ratepayers of the said District:—
