Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from J. Falconer for a license to take fish at Timaru by means of a proposed 44 ft. motor-boat using lines and trawling.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than 21st October, 1937.

I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from A. Robinson for a license to take fish at White’s Bay, Robin Hood Bay, and Port Underwood, by means of a 15 ft. motor-boat (outboard) using set and drag nets and hand-lines.

Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing to the undersigned prior to 21st October, 1937.

Sale of Unclaimed Property.

I T is hereby notified that a number of unclaimed bicycles in the hands of the police at Christchurch Police Station will, if not claimed before Monday, the 1st November, 1937, be sold thereafter by public auction.

Particulars as to the time and place of sale may be obtained from the Superintendent of Police at Christchurch.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be included in the Waiapu Matakaoa Development Scheme.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area of Native land in the Tairawhiti Native Land Court District, situate in Block XVI, Matakaoa Survey District, and Block XIII, East Cape Survey District, known as Marangairoa 2E 2B 7 Block, containing 117 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less.

ALL that area of Native land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Blocks VI and X, Mangaorongo Survey District, and known as Otewa A 1 Block (formerly Rangitoto A No. 42B No. 1 Block), containing 186 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 198, folio 8.
