Existence of Shoal near Pencarrow Head.
Position: 217° 2,080 ft. from Pencarrow low-level light, Lat., 41° 21′·8 S.; long., 174° 50′·7 E. (approx.).
Details: A rocky shoal with a least depth of 27 ft. M.L.W.S. and depths of 7 and 9 fathoms close around exists in the above position. The shoal is about 200 ft. long and 80 ft. wide and lies in a 353°–173° direction.

Notice to Persons affected by Application for a License under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act, 1936.
I HEREBY give notice that an application has been received from Deadman Bros. for a license to sell (retail) motor-spirit at their premises at Utiku.
Any person who considers he will be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau in respect of this application, and who wishes to make representations accordingly, must furnish such representations in writing so as to reach the undersigned not later than the 28th October, 1937. All representations must set out clearly the grounds for same and include a statement showing the gallonage throughput of petrol sold and the nature of the business conducted by the person making the representations.
