deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of
the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the
Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
January, 1937.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution
passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-third day
of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six,
viz. :
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the north-western side of portion of Clinton Road
abutting on Lots 31 and 32, Township of Woodend ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
western side of the portion of Clinton Road (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from
the centre-line of the said portion of street.

in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Clinton
Road, fronting Lots 31 and 32, Deeds Plan 143, Township of
Woodend. As the same is more particularly delineated on the

Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged
red.

Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street
known as Castle Street, adjoining Allotment 29, Township
of Rothesay ” ;
(2) “ The West Harbour Borough Council, being the
local authority having control of the streets in the Borough
of West Harbour, by resolution declares that the provisions
of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public
Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of
streets known as District and Junction Roads adjoining
Allotments 6, 7, and 8, Block I, Township of Ravens-
bourne ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of the portion of Castle Street, or the southern side of
the portion of District Road, or the north-western side gene-
rally of the portion of Junction Road (described in the Schedule
hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
lines of the said portions of streets.

the Otago Land District, Borough of West Harbour, known
as Castle Street, fronting Allotment 29, Township of Rothesay.
Also the southern side of all that portion of street in the
said land district and borough, known as District Road,

bourne.
Also the north-western side generally of all that portion of
street, in the said land district and borough, known as Junction
Road, fronting Allotments 7 and 8, Block I, Township of
Ravensbourne.
