The Southern Side of Portion of a Street in the Borough of Kaitangata exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Kaitangata Borough Council on the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—

“ The Kaitangata Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Kaitangata, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the street adjoining the northern boundary of Allotment 1, plan number 2344, North Molyneux District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of Kaitangata, fronting Allotment 1, L.T.P. 2344. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94513, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of a Road in the County of Grey exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Grey County Council on the fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—

“ The Grey County Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the County of Grey, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of all that portion of unnamed street situated in the Westland Land District, County of Grey, running westward from the main south road and fronting Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 on plan of Lots 1-5, Town of Karoro Extension No. 4, comprising part Section 3576, Block XII, Greymouth Survey District, and being also the whole of the land comprised in survey plan declared to by Henry Spencer Nightingale on the thirteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road,

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Westland Land District, County of Grey, fronting Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Town of Karoro Extension No. 4, being part Section 3576, Block XII, Greymouth Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94392, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Bulkeley Terrace, in the Borough of New Plymouth, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1937.

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the twenty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—

“ That the New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the street hereinafter mentioned, hereby resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the southern side of Bulkeley Terrace to which Sections 13 and 14, New Plymouth, have frontage ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Bulkeley Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE southern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Bulkeley Terrace, fronting Sections 13 and 14, Town of New Plymouth. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94430, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Evans Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in any-wise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of Evans Street abutting on Lot 46, Block II, Township of Opho ”;
