SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Auckland Land District, County of Tauranga, known as Maxwell’s Road, fronting parts Allotments 110A and 110B, Parish of Te Papa, Block X, Tauranga Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93996, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured brown.

The Northern Side of Portion of Alfred Street, in the Borough of Rangiora, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Rangiora Borough Council on the eighth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ The Rangiora Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Rangiora, by resolution hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the street known as Alfred Street adjoining all that piece of land containing 1 rood 21·8 perches, situate in the Borough of Rangiora, being Lot 2 on Deposit Plan 6146 and Lot 1 on Deposit Plan 9538, part of Rural Section 385, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 424, folio 141 ”; such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Rangiora, known as Alfred Street, fronting Lot 1, D.P. 9538. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93184, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portion of Poole Street, in the Borough of Motueka, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Motueka Borough Council on the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ That the Motueka Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Motueka, hereby resolves that the northern half of Poole Street fronting the southern boundary of part Section 160 (N.R.), Motueka Original District, Block IV, Motueka Survey District, be exempt from section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, the owners having consented to the building-line restriction being imposed ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Poole Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the Nelson Land District, Borough of Motueka, known as Poole Street, fronting part Section 160 (N.R.), Motueka Original, Block IV, Motueka Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94460, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Sidey Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the city of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Sidey Street abutting on part Sections 24 and 25, Block VI, Town District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Sidey Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Sidey Street, fronting parts Sections 24 and 25, Block VI, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94568, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern, south-eastern, and north-western sides generally of portions of Cedar Road abutting on Sections 70 and 78, Block V, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District ”;
