At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Timaru Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty-nine feet six inches, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Timaru, to be known as Wigley Street, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 20·4 perches, more or less, being portion of Lot 24 and part Lot 25, D.P. 512, being part Rural Section 2345. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93325, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Road in the County of Clutha exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Clutha County Council on the twenty-fifth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—
“ The Clutha County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Clutha County, by resolution declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of roads adjoining Sections 25 and 26, Block III, Greenvale Survey District, and Section 59 and part Section 60, Block III, Glenkenich Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Clutha, adjoining or passing through Sections 25 and 26, Block III, Greenvale Survey District, and the eastern side of all that portion of the said road fronting Section 59 and part Section 60, Block III, Glenkenich Survey District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94487, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Roads in the County of Takaka exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of January, 1937.
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Takaka County Council on the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—
“ The Takaka County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads of the Takaka County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of the road on the north-western side of part Section 59, Square II, Block X, Waitapu Survey District, and to the north-eastern side of the road on the south-western side of the said section, marked A–B–C and coloured red on plan ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Takaka, fronting part Section 59, Square II, Block X, Waitapu Survey District, marked A–B on plan.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county fronting part Section 59, Square II, Block X, Waitapu Survey District, marked B–C on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94623, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“ The Tauranga County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Tauranga, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of portion of Maxwell’s Road fronting parts Allotments 110A and 110B, Parish of Te Papa, Block X, Tauranga Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Maxwell’s Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
