GOODS WHARFAGE.
Every person who shall use the said wharf for landing or shipping any goods shall, before using same, pay dues as follows, that is to say—

  1. For all goods landed on or shipped from the said wharf, per ton, weight or measurement, at the option of the licensees, per ton .. .. 2 0
  2. Parcels (including bread and meat), per package .. .. 0 1
  3. Timber, per 100 lineal feet .. .. 0 4
  4. For every head of cattle or horses landed upon or shipped from the said wharf, per head .. .. 2 0
  5. For every yearling or calf so landed upon or shipped from the said wharf, per head .. .. 1 0
  6. For every head of sheep or small cattle so landed upon or shipped from the said wharf, per head 0 4

PASSENGERS.
For every passenger who shall land on or be shipped from the said wharf—

GOODS STORAGE.
Any person storing goods on wharf or in shed may be charged for such goods at the following rates:—

For every package or parcel—

Not exceeding 30 lb. in weight, per day or part of a day 1
Exceeding 30 lb., but not exceeding 100 lb. per day or part of a day .. .. .. 2
Exceeding 100 lb., but not exceeding 5 cwt., per day or part of a day .. .. .. 3
Exceeding 5 cwt., per day or part of a day.. .. 6

Storage shall not be charged until the expiration of twelve hours after goods have been landed on the wharf.

Setting Aside Native Land as a Native Reservation.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

PURSUANT to section two hundred and ninety-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use of the owners thereof as a meeting-house.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situate in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District called or known as Porangahau 2B No. 10 Block, containing 1 acre, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 9th day of June, 1902.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

PURSUANT to section two hundred and ninety-eight of the Native Land Act, 1931, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby set apart and reserve the Native freehold land described in the Schedule hereto for the common use of the owners thereof as a recreation ground.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land situate in the Ikaroa Native Land Court District called or known as Porangahau 2B No. 11 Block, containing 8 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the 9th day of June, 1902.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street (Stanley Point Road Extension), in the Borough of Devonport, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Devonport Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the said street within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Devonport, being an extension of Stanley Point Road, containing by admeasurement 37·9 perches, more or less, being portion of Lot 6, D.P. 16607, being part Allotment 34, Section 2, Takapuna Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 91627, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off Park Road, in the City of Palmerston North, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of January, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of forty feet from the centre-line of the said street.

SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the Wellington Land District, City of Palmerston North, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 5·3 perches, more or less, being part Subdivision 5, Hokowhitu Native Reserve, and being also part Lot 54, D.P. 666, and part Lot 4, D.P. 9120. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94066, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
