Land taken for the Purposes of a Street in the Borough of Mount Eden.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Eden as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 0·52 Lot 1, D.P. 260, being portion of Allotment 1, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured red.

0 0 0·05 Lot 1, D.P. 260, being portion of Allotment 1, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured purple.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (Borough of Mount Eden), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28631.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94692, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1937.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 0 roods 23 perches.

Being portion of Motatau No. 2 Section 22d, being portion of Lot 22 on D.P. 9584.

Situated in Block XVI, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28483.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93456, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

SCHEDULE.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94374, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Adding to the Outer Area of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District Part of the Outer Area of the Waitomo Electric-power District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me by section three of the Electric-power Boards Amendment Act, 1927, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in that behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, being part of the existing Outer Area of the Waitomo Electric-power District, shall be included in and form part of the Outer Area of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District as from the first day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Otorohanga and Waitomo Counties, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point where the Kawhia County boundary intersects the road forming the western boundary of Section 4, Block VI, Pirongia Survey District; thence towards the north generally by the Te Awamutu Electric-power District as described in Gazette, 1936, page 884; towards the east and south-east generally by the Te Awamutu Electric-power District as described in Gazettes, 1920, page 13, and 1924, page 2823, and by the Outer Area of the Te Awamutu Electric-power District as described in Gazette, 1920, page 13, to the south-western corner of Section 7, Block III, Orahiri Survey District; thence towards the south generally by Sections 9, 30, 26, and 27, all of Block III, Orahiri Survey District aforesaid, Section 2, a public road, and Section 1, all of Block VI, Orahiri Survey District, Sections 1 and 1A, a public road, and Section 5A, all of Block V, Orahiri Survey District, to the Kawhia County boundary; thence towards the north-west generally by the Kawhia County as described in the Waikato and King-country Counties Act, 1921–22, to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94548, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of January, 1937.
