Land proclaimed as Road, and Road closed, in Block IV,
Mangaone Survey District, Eketahuna County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell,
Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mangaone
Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and
also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 14·7 Section 41 ; coloured violet.
0 0 13·4 Bed of Mangaone River ; coloured red.
0 0 1·0 Section 8 ; coloured purple.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 0 36·1 Sections 7, 8, and 41 ; coloured green.
0 0 11·0 Bed of Mangaone River ; coloured green.

All situated in Block IV, Mangaone Survey District.

particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93946,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of
January, 1937.

land in Paritutu Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road :
14 acres 2 roods 25 perches.
Being part Section 73 (D.P. 153), part Section 77 (D.P. 343),
part Subdivision B of Section 78, part Section 79, part
Mangateranoho Stream-bed, and part Kaipakopako No. 1
Block ; coloured red.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 5 acres 2 roods
13 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 1, 4, and 5, D.P. 5331,
part Section 73 (D.P. 153), part Section 77 (D.P. 343),
part Section 79, and part Mangateranoho Stream-bed ;
coloured green.

All situated in Blocks II and III, Paritutu Survey District
(Waitara West R.D.). (S.O. 7576.)

All in the Taranaki Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94672,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of

Town of Kapiti described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 roods.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 9, 10, and 11, Block II,
and Sections 1 and 12, Block III, Town of Kapiti
(Otago R.D.). (S.O. K91.)

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94265, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured green.

hereto.

0 roods 25·6 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Allotments 156, 157, and 170,
Apata Parish.

Situated in Blocks II and V, Aongatete Survey District
(Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28626.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94361,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
