A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Maioro Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road :—

0 0 38 Being Portion of
Lot 2, D.P. 13932, being part Allotment 133,
Waiuku West Parish ; coloured red.
0 0 0·9 Lot 5, D.P. 1828, being part Allotment 185,
Waiuku East Parish ; coloured purple.

Situated in Block V, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28229.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94540, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Mahinapua and Kaniere Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 4 acres 3 roods 10 perches.

Being portion of Provisional State Forest Reserve 1713.

Situated in Block VIII, Mahinapua Survey District, and Block V, Kaniere Survey District (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 3274.)

In the Westland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93976, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1937.
