Variation of Notice constituting Putauaki Development Scheme.

WHEREAS by notice dated the 6th day of November, 1936, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 75 of the 12th day of November, 1936, at page 2198, the Native lands described in the Schedule thereto were declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936 :

And whereas it is desirable to vary the said notice by amending the descriptions and areas of the said lands :

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 4 of the said Act, the Board of Native Affairs doth hereby vary the said notice by substituting for the descriptions and areas of the Native lands set out in the Schedule to the said notice the descriptions and areas as set out in the Schedule hereto.
