Constituting Tauranga-Taupo Development Scheme.
Pursuant to section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby declares the Native lands described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act and to be called or known as the Tauranga-Taupo Development Scheme.

Land in the Nelson Land District acquired for a State Forest.

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto was acquired under the Forests Act, 1921-22, as a State forest on the 1st day of July, 1937.
SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.--NELSON FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
ALL those areas in the Nelson Land District containing by admeasurement 29 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, and described as follows:
All that area containing 26 acres 0 roods 32 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Nelson under No. 1232, and being parts of Sections 50 and 51, District of Upper Motueka, and part of Section 17, Block I, Gordon Survey District, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 49, folio 181.
Also all that area containing 3 acres 2 roods 38 perches, more or less, being the land bordered green on a plan deposited as aforesaid under No. 2600, and being part of Section 51, District of Upper Motueka, situated in Block I, Gordon Survey District, and being all the land in Certificate of Title, Vol. 79, folio 190.
