Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block I, Pakawau Survey District, Collingwood County.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Approximate Areas of the Pieces of Land taken. Being Portion of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan.

Situated in Block I, Pakawau Survey District (Nelson R.D.). In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Whangaroa Survey District, Whangaroa County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE. APPROXIMATE areas of pieces of land taken :-— A. R. P. 0 0 29-2 Being portions of Lot 9, D.P. 18097, and 0 0 34-4 being parts Old Land Claim 549. Situated in Block VI, Whangaroa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28833.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96275, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Land taken for Health Purposes (District Nurse's Cottage-site), in Block X, Rarete Survey District.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (District Nurse's cottage-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 roods. Being Section 8, Block X, Pipiriki Native Township. Situated in Block X, Rarete Survey District. (S.O. 17/38.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96661, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1937.

Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Blocks I and II, Huiroa Survey District, Inglewood County.
[L.S.] GALWAY, Governor-General. A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Huiroa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto ; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE. LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road : 1 rood 20-3 perches. Being portion of Section 14, Block II ; coloured red.
SECOND SCHEDULE. ROAD CLOSED. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 roods 15-5 perches. Adjoining or passing through Sections 43 and 54, Block I, and Section 14, Block II ; coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE. LAND TAKEN. APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 32-1 perches. Being portion of Section 14, Block II ; coloured yellow. All situated in Huiroa Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 7605.) All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96337, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1937.
