A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tangihua Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Defining the Middle-line of a Road in Blocks IX, X, and XIV, Runanga Survey District—viz., Portion of the Runanga Deviation of the No. 22 Taupo-Napier State Highway.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a road desired to be constructed over Blocks IX, X, and XIV, Runanga Survey District—viz., a deviation of the No. 22 Taupo-Napier State Highway—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
COMMENCING at a point on the northern boundary of Tatar-a-Kina No. 9 Block, Block II, Tarawera Survey District, such point being the point of termination of the middle-line of a deviation proclaimed on the 24th day of February, 1937 (New Zealand Gazette No. 14 of the 11th day of March, 1937,
at page 521), and proceeding thence in a northerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 5 miles 20 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following lands, &c., viz., Pohokura No. 3 Block; unadjudicated Native land; part Runanga No. 2a Block on D.P. 17646; Runanga No. 2c 2b 2 Block; Runanga No. 2c 2b 1 Block; part Runanga 2c 2b Block and Section 1, and terminating at a point on the existing No. 22 Taupo-Napier State Highway approximately 7 chains north of the southern boundary of the said Section 1; Blocks IX, X, and XIV, Runanga Survey District; including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads, tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96575, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1937.
