Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block XII, Hawkswood Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of an aerodrome; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 52 acres 1 rood 5 perches.
Being Lots 1 to 12 and 14 to 23, Block I, Lots 1 to 11 and 13 to 20, Block II, Lots 1 to 8 and 13 to 18, Block III, Lots 1 to 10 and 12 to 21, Block IV, Lots 1, 2, 3, Block V, Lots 1 to 10, Block VI, and Lots 1 to 9, Block VII, all inclusive, Conway Village.
Situated in Block XII of the Hawkswood Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95491, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sand-dune-reclamation purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 65 acres 1 rood 12 perches.
Being portion of Lot 1, D.P. 11345, and being portion Allotment 124, Mangawai Parish.
Situated in Block IV, Mangawai Survey District, and Block II, Pakiri Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28443.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95748, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of August, 1937.
