THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Grant Road, fronting part Section 627, Town of Wellington. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96270, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Provision and Dedication of a Road in the County of Horowhenua of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.


GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Horowhenua County Council on the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:

“ That the Horowhenua County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Horowhenua County, by resolution authorizes the provision and dedication of a proposed road through parts Rewarewa, Otane No. 1, Opiki, and Tuwhakatupua No. 2c 2 Native Blocks, Block VII, Mount Robinson Survey District, of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said road.


SCHEDULE.

THAT proposed road in the Wellington Land District, County of Horowhenua, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, being parts Rewarewa, Otane No. 1, Opiki, and Tuwhakatupua No. 2c 2 Blocks, Block VII, Mount Robinson Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96182, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Bay View Road, in the Borough of St. Kilda, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the St. Kilda Borough Council on the third day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:

“ That the St. Kilda Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of St. Kilda, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Bay View Road fronting Lot 2, L.T.P. 3348, and parts 5/6, L.T.P. 1258, Block VII, Town District ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Bay View Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.


SCHEDULE.

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, Borough of St. Kilda, known as Bay View Road, fronting Allotment 2, L.T.P. 3348, being part Sections 50 and 51, Block VII, Town District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96226, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Road in the County of Waimea exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the eleventh day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:

“ That the Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads within the Waimea County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the road passing through part Section 3 of 64 and part Section 30, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, nor to the north-eastern side of the road fronting the north-eastern boundary of part Section 65, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, as shown on plan prepared by F. A. C. Staig, Registered Surveyor, and coloured red thereon ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, adjoining or passing through part Section 3 of 64, Motueka Rural, and part Section 30, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, marked A–B on plan.

Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county, fronting part Section 3 of 64, Motueka Rural, Block VI, Motueka Survey District, marked B–C on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96313, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
