Portion of Carnarvon Street, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Carnarvon Street abutting on Allotments 3 and 4, Block III, L.T.P. 444, Belleknowes Estate ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Carnarvon Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Carnarvon Street, fronting Lots 3 and 4, Block III, L.T.P. 444, Belleknowes Estate. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96535, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Road in the County of Clutha exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Clutha County Council on the sixth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ The Clutha County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Clutha County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of road adjoining the land on L.T. Plan 3264 (Sections 7, 9, and 11, Block XXXIII, Clutha Survey District), and coloured red on plan ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of road, situated in the Otago Land District, County of Clutha, fronting Sections 7, 9, and 11, Block XXXIII, Clutha Survey District (L.T.P. 3264). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96295, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portion of Wing’s Line, in the County of Rangitikei, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Rangitikei County Council on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ The Rangitikei County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Rangitikei, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of all that portion of the road in the Rangitikei County known as Wing’s Line, fronting the northern boundary of the land described as being part of Block seven of the Rangitikei District and also part of the land defined on Deposited Plan Number 4844, as shown on the plan prepared by Henry John Gould, of Marton, Surveyor, and coloured red thereon ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Wing’s Line (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of road, situated in the Wellington Land District, Rangitikei County, known as Wing’s Line, fronting part Block VII, Rangitikei District, Block III, Rangitoto Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96471, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Southern Side of Portion of Avon Street, and the Western Side of Portion of Taurarua Terrace, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ That the Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of Avon Street and Taurarua Terrace adjoining Lots 4, 5, and 6 of Allotment 7, Section 2, Suburbs of Auckland ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of Avon Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of twenty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street, or the western side of the portion of Taurarua Terrace (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
