Authorizing Panmure Township Road Board to fix Water Charges according to Quantity used.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eighty-five of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby consent to the Panmure Township Road Board making and levying water rates and charges in respect both of the ordinary as well as of any extraordinary supply, according to the quantity of water consumed by any person receiving the same as measured by meter, at such rates or charges as may from time to time be fixed by any by-law of the Board in that behalf, or as may be agreed on with any such person.

Time for Preparation of Valuation Roll, Grey County, under Section 49 of the Rating Act, 1925, extended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the County Council of the Grey County having failed, through misadventure, to prepare the valuation roll of mining property in the Grey County in the month of January, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, as required by section forty-nine of the Rating Act, 1925, it is expedient to extend the time for preparing the said roll as hereinbefore mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General, in order that the purpose and intent of the said Rating Act, 1925, may have effect, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby extend the time for the preparation of the valuation roll for the Grey County under the Rating Act, 1925, until the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and doth also hereby extend the time within which the valuers shall give notice of the rateable value determined by them to each occupier so that such notices may be given on or before the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and that objections to such valuations may be made on or before the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street off High Street, in the Borough of Greymouth, of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 55 ft.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by section one hundred and ninety of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Greymouth Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty-five feet.
SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street, in the Westland Land District, Borough of Greymouth, containing by admeasurement 24·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 8, D.P. 727, of Reserve 49. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96023, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Portion of Federal Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1937.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the tenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:
“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Federal Street fronting Allotments 13 and 14 and portions of 11 and 12, Section 21, Suburbs of Auckland ”;
the portion of street affected by such resolution being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Federal Street, fronting Allotments 13 and 14 and part Allotment 11, Section 21, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 96346, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
