OAMARU.

Oamaru District comprises the existing Oamaru Electoral District less those portions of the Waiareka and Papakaio Ridings of Waitaki County now included in the Waitaki Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district now includes the whole of the Blueskin Riding of Waikouaiti County, also that part of the Merton Riding of the said Waikouaiti County lying between the existing Oamaru Electoral District boundary, the southern and western boundaries of the said Merton Riding, and the sea.

DUNEDIN NORTH.

Dunedin North comprises the existing Dunedin North Electoral District together with the Borough of Port Chalmers, and that portion of the North-east Valley Riding of the Waikouaiti County not included in the existing Dunedin North Electoral District; also that portion of the Dunedin City lying between the existing Dunedin North Electoral District boundary, Chapman Street, Shetland Street, and Mount Street; also includes Quarantine and Quail Islands.

DUNEDIN WEST.

This district is bounded towards the north and west generally by the existing Dunedin West and Dunedin North Electoral Districts boundaries from the western end of Blair Street to the south-eastern corner of Section 103, Waikari Survey District; thence by Mount Street, to and along Shetland Street, to and along Chapman Street, to and along the existing Dunedin North Electoral District boundary to the junction of Albany Street and Forth Street; thence by Albany Street and its production to and along the Leith Canal to the Otago Harbour; thence bounded towards the east generally by the shores of the said Otago Harbour, to and along the Dunedin City boundary and its production to Anderson’s Bay Road; thence bounded towards the south generally by the said Anderson’s Bay Road, to and along Market Street, to and along Manor Place, to and along Maitland Street, to and along High Street, to and along Mailer Street, to and along Lawrence Street, to and along Whitby Street, to and along Galloway Street, to and along Elgin Road, to and along Durham Street, to and along the eastern boundary of Block IX, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the western end of Blair Street, the place of commencement.

DUNEDIN CENTRAL.

Dunedin Central Electoral District is bounded on the north, east, and south generally by the Dunedin West Electoral District hereinbefore described from the southern boundary of Block IX, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the Otago Harbour; thence by the southern shores of the said Otago Harbour and ocean to a point in line with Prince Albert Road; thence by the said Prince Albert Road and King Edward Street, to and along the railway-line, to and along South Road, to and along Playfair Street, to and along the Southern boundary of St. Andrews, Caversham, and Caversham Extension, to and along Sidey Street, to and along Corstorphine Road, to and along the Dunedin City boundary to the southern boundary of Block IX, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, the place of commencement.

DUNEDIN SOUTH.

Dunedin South is bounded towards the north-west generally by the road from the sea at the north-eastern corner of Block VIII, Waihola Survey District, to and along the road fronting Sections 2 of 28, 1 of 28, 45, 26, 37, western boundaries of Sections 1 of 25, 24, 23, of Block V, Otakia Survey District, western boundary of Section 40, western and northern boundaries of Section 39, northern boundaries of Sections 38, 55, 2 of 44, 1 of 45, 3 of 45, and 2 of 45, Block IV, Otakia Survey District, north-western boundaries of Sections 15 and 16, south-eastern boundary of Section 2 of 21, south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of 1 of 21 of Block III of the aforesaid Otakia Survey District, south-western boundaries of Sections 3 of 23, 2 of 23, 2 of 22, intersecting Section 34, and north-eastern boundaries of Sections 20, 18, 2 of 16, 1 of 16, 1 of 15, 2 of 15, and 33, all of Block II of the aforesaid Otakia Survey District, to and along the Main South Road, to and along the western boundary of East Taieri Riding of Taieri County, to and along the western boundaries of the North Taieri Riding of the said Taieri County to the Dunedin North Electoral District boundary hereinbefore described; thence bounded towards the east and south generally by the said Dunedin North, Dunedin West, and Dunedin Central Electoral Districts hereinbefore described to the sea at a point in line with Prince Albert Road; thence by the sea to the north-eastern corner of Block VIII, Waihola Survey District, the place of commencement.

CLUTHA.

Clutha District comprises the existing Clutha Electoral District together with the whole of the Waipori Riding of Tuapeka County, also the Borough of Lawrence and that portion of Gabriels Riding of the said Tuapeka County lying between the existing Clutha Electoral District boundary, the Tuapeka River, the southern boundary of Run 494, Block XVIII, Tuapeka East Survey District, the northern boundaries of Blocks XIX and X of the said Tuapeka East Survey District, the western and southern boundaries of Section 51, southern boundaries of Sections 8, 34, 58, 57, and 56, all of the aforesaid Block X of the aforesaid Tuapeka East Survey District.

MATAURA.

Mataura District comprises the existing Mataura Electoral District together with that part of the Hokanui Riding of the Southland County lying between the existing Mataura Electoral District boundary and the Otamita Stream. This district now includes that portion of the Waihopai Riding of Southland County bounded towards the east generally by the existing Mataura Electoral District boundary from the north-western corner of Section 6, Block VIII, Lothian Hundred, to the sea; thence bounded towards the south by the coast to the Waituna Lagoon; thence bounded towards the west generally by the south-western and northern shores of the said Waituna Lagoon, to and along the western boundaries of Sections 40, 39, 38, 37, and 36, the western and northern boundaries of Section 35, the western boundaries of Sections 19, 16, 13, 10, 7, 4, and 1, all of Block V, Oteramika Hundred; thence along the western boundaries of Sections 63, 51, 50, 48, 46, 44, 42, 40, 39, 73, and 38, and the north-western boundaries of Sections 18, 19, 17, and 16, all of Block III, Oteramika Hundred, to and along the road which forms the western boundary of Section 10, Block III, Oteramika Hundred, to and along the road forming the western boundaries of Sections 64, 111, 63, 62, 41, 40, 39, and 38, to and along the road fronting Sections 34A, 27, and 16, all of Block I, Oteramika Hundred, to and along the road intersecting Woodlands Estate from the south-eastern corner of Lot 51, L.T.P. 1048, to the north-western corner of Lot 115, Section 41, Woodlands Estate; thence bounded towards the north by the northern boundary of the said Waihopai Riding to the north-western corner of Section 6, Block VIII, Lothian Hundred.

INVERCARGILL.

The Invercargill Electoral District comprises the City of Invercargill, the Borough of South Invercargill, and that part of the Awarua Riding of Southland County lying between the Invercargill City boundary, the south-western side of Isabella Street, and the northern side of the Main East Road.

AWARUA.

Awarua District comprises the existing Awarua Electoral District less that part of the Waihopai Riding of the Southland County now included in the Mataura Electoral District hereinbefore described; also less that portion of the Winton Riding of the Southland County lying between the existing Awarua Electoral District boundary, the northern boundary of the Oreti Hundred, the western boundary of the Heddon Bush Estate, the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 325, and the south-eastern boundary of Section 327, both of Block XXXVI, Taringatura Survey District. This district now includes that portion of the Awarua Riding excluded from the Invercargill Electoral District hereinbefore described; also included is that portion of the Waimatuku Riding of the Wallace County bounded on the north, east, south, and west generally by the northern, eastern, southern, and western boundaries of the said Waimatuku Riding from the Yellow Bluff Road at the north-western corner of Section 1 of Block XI, Riverton Hundred, to the north-western corner of Section 38A of Block VII, Riverton Hundred; thence bounded towards the north by the northern boundary of Section 38A and 38 of Block VII, Riverton Hundred, to and along the Limestone Plains Road, to and along the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections 48 and 49 of Block X, Riverton Hundred, to Yellow Bluff Road; thence bounded towards the west by the said Yellow Bluff Road to the north-western corner of Section 1 of Block XI, Riverton Hundred; also included is the Borough of Riverton.
