✨ Electoral District Boundaries

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

WALLACE.

Wallace District comprises the existing Wallace Electoral
District less that part of the Waimatuku Riding of the
Wallace County now included in the Awarua Electoral
District hereinbefore described; also less the Borough of
Riverton; also less that portion of the Hokanui Riding of
Southland County now included in the Mataura Electoral
District hereinbefore described. This district now includes
that portion of the Winton Riding of the said Southland
County now excluded from the Awarua Electoral District
hereinbefore described; also includes the whole of the
Greenstone and Kingston Ridings of the Lake County, the
Borough of Queenstown, and that portion of the Queenstown
Riding of the said Lake County lying to the south of the
range forming the northern watershed of the Moonlight
Creek to its junction with the Shotover River, the right
line running from the said junction to the summit of the
Coronet, and the line running due east from the summit of
the said Coronet to the Coronet Creek.

CENTRAL OTAGO.

This district is bounded towards the north-west generally
by the south-eastern boundary of the Westland Electoral
District hereinbefore described from the north-eastern
corner of the Greenstone Riding of Lake County to the
northernmost corner of the Vincent County; thence bounded
towards the north-east generally by the south-western
boundaries of the Waitaki, Oamaru, and Dunedin North
Electoral Districts hereinbefore described to the south-
eastern corner of the Deep Stream Riding of Taieri County;
thence bounded towards the south-west generally by the
north-eastern boundary of the Dunedin South Electoral
District hereinbefore described to the sea at the north-eastern
corner of Block VIII, Waihola Survey District; thence by
the coast to the mouth of the Taieri River; thence bounded
towards the south generally by the northern boundaries of
the Clutha, Mataura, and Wallace Electoral Districts herein-
before described to the southernmost corner of the Kingston
Riding of the said Lake County; thence bounded towards
the west generally by the eastern boundary of the said
Wallace Electoral District to the north-eastern corner of the
said Greenstone Riding.
