the eastern boundary of Section 1 of Small Grazing-run 12, Block VI, Gordon Survey District, and by the continuation of the said road across the Nelson-Glenhope Railway line, to and along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Small Grazing-run 10, Sections 22 and 27, all of Block II, Gordon Survey District; thence by the eastern boundaries of Sections 41, 32, 33, and 34 of Block XIV, Wai-iti Survey District, and the western boundaries of Sections 4 and 6, Block X, Wai-iti Survey District ; thence bounded towards the north by the northern boundaries of the said Section 6, Block X, Wai-iti Survey District, and Section 34 of Block X, Wai-iti Survey District, to the existing Motueka Electoral District boundary at the north-eastern corner of the said Section 34 of Block X, Wai-iti Survey District ; also less that portion of the Appleby Riding of the aforesaid Waimea County lying between the existing Motueka Electoral District boundary and the north-western boundary of the said Appleby Riding. This district now includes those portions of Antonio's and Crushington Ridings of Inangahua County now excluded from the Buller Electoral District hereinbefore described.

NELSON.

Nelson District comprises the existing Nelson Electoral District less that portion of the Pelorus-Havelock Riding of the Marlborough County lying between the existing Nelson Electoral District boundary and the north-western, northern, and north-eastern boundaries of the said Pelorus-Havelock Riding ; also less that portion of the Sounds County lying between the existing Nelson Electoral District boundary, the south-western boundary of the said Sounds County, the south-eastern boundary of the Croixelles Road District, and the south-eastern boundary of the French Pass Road District. This district now includes those portions of the Wai-iti, Stoke, Motupiko, and Appleby Ridings of Waimea County now excluded from the Motueka Electoral District hereinbefore described.

WAIRAU.

Wairau District comprises the existing Wairau Electoral District together with that portion of the Pelorus-Havelock Riding of the Marlborough County and that portion of the Sounds County now excluded from the Nelson Electoral District hereinbefore described.

HURUNUI.

Hurunui District comprises the existing Hurunui Electoral District the boundaries of which are unaltered.

CHRISTCHURCH NORTH.

Christchurch North comprises the existing Christchurch North Electoral District less that part of Christchurch City lying between the existing Christchurch North Electoral District boundary and North Avon Road ; also less that part of Christchurch City lying between the existing Christchurch North Electoral District boundary, the south-western side of Victoria Street, and the southern side of Bealy Avenue. This district now includes that part of Christchurch City lying between McFadden’s Road, Rutland Street, and the city boundary ; also includes that portion of the Fendalton Riding of the Waimairi County lying between the existing Christchurch North Electoral District boundary, the northern side of the Avon River, the eastern side of the railway-line, and the southern side of the Wairarapa Stream.

CHRISTCHURCH SOUTH.

Christchurch South comprises the existing Christchurch South Electoral District less that portion of Christchurch City lying between the existing Christchurch South Electoral District boundary and Colombo Street. This district now includes that portion of Christchurch City lying to the south of Bealy Avenue and south-west of Victoria Street now excluded from the Christchurch North Electoral District hereinbefore described.

CHRISTCHURCH EAST.

Christchurch East comprises the existing Christchurch East Electoral District together with that portion of Christchurch City lying between the Christchurch East Electoral District boundary and Colombo Street now excluded from the Christchurch South Electoral District hereinbefore described ; also includes that portion of Christchurch City lying between the existing Christchurch East Electoral boundary, the southern side of Tuam Street, and the western side of Matheson’s Road.

Avon District comprises the existing Avon Electoral District less that part of Christchurch City lying between the existing Avon Electoral District boundary, the southern side of Tuam Street, and the western side of Matheson’s Road now included in the Christchurch East Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district now includes that portion of Christchurch City lying between the existing Avon Electoral District boundary and the southern and eastern sides of North Avon Road now excluded from the Christchurch North Electoral District hereinbefore described.

RICCARTON.

Riccarton District comprises the existing Riccarton Electoral District less that part of the Fendalton Riding of Waimairi County lying between the existing Riccarton Electoral District boundary, the northern side of the Avon River, the eastern side of the railway-line, and the southern side of the Wairarapa Stream now included in the Christchurch North Electoral District hereinbefore described; also less the whole of the Kinloch Riding of the Wairewa County ; also less that portion of the Springston Riding of the Springs County lying between the existing Riccarton Electoral District boundary and Swamp Road, the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 4050 and 4032, Block VII, Leeston Survey District, and Selwyn Road.

KAIAPOL.

Kaiapoi District comprises the existing Kaiapoi Electoral District less that portion of the City of Christchurch lying between McFaddens Road, Rutland Street, and the city boundary now included in the Christchurch North Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district now includes that portion of the Springston Riding of Springs County excluded from the Riccarton Electoral District hereinbefore described.

LYTTELTON.

Lyttelton District comprises the existing Lyttelton Electoral District together with the whole of the Kinloch Riding of Wairewa County now excluded from the Riccarton Electoral District hereinbefore described.

MID-CANTERBURY.

This district comprises the existing Mid-Canterbury Electoral District, the boundaries of which are unaltered.

TEMUKA.

This district comprises the existing Temuka Electoral District together with that portion of the Seadown Riding of the Levels County bounded towards the east by the sea, towards the south generally by Hedley’s Road, to and along Seadown Road, to and along the road forming the southern boundary of Section 1 of Milford Settlement, Block VI, Arowhenua Survey District, across the Christchurch-Dunedin Railway line, to and along the road forming the southern boundaries of Sections 14574, R. 1362 and 21370, Block VI, Arowhenua Survey District, Sections 20966, 20817, 22161, 20816, and 21034, Block V, Arowhenua Survey District, to and along Foley’s Road, to and along Point Temuka Road, to and along the continuation of Kerry Town Road to the Opihi River ; thence bounded towards the north by the said Opihi River to the sea.

TIMARU.

This district comprises the existing Timaru Electoral District less that part of the Seadown Riding of the Levels County now included in the Temuka Electoral District hereinbefore described.

WAITAKI.

This district comprises the existing Waitaki Electoral District together with that part of the Papakaio Riding of the Waitaki County bounded towards the north by the existing Waitaki Electoral District boundary, to the south-east by the sea, and to the south by the road forming the northern boundaries of Sections 201, 95, 94, 93, 92, 91, 90, 89, 88, and 87, Block II, Papakaio Survey District, to and along the Christchurch-Dunedin Railway line, to and along Peebles Road from the eastern boundary of Section 112 of the said Block II, Papakaio Survey District, to the north-western corner of Section 104, Block III, Papakaio Survey District ; thence by the Horse Gully Road, to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of the Waiareka Riding of Waitaki County, to and along the Big Hill Road to Teaneraki, to and along the road to St. Helens Settlement, and the road forming the western boundary of Sections 25 and 26, Block XIV, Oamaru Survey District, to and along the southern and western boundaries of the Waiareka Riding of the aforesaid Waitaki County to the existing Waitaki Electoral District boundary.
