ESTATE OF GEORGE DANIEL ETHERINGTON.
In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of GEORGE DANIEL ETHERINGTON, late of Woodend, but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the Dominion of New Zealand, on the 8th day of July, 1937, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Public Trust Office, Christchurch, on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1937, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be procured at my office.

THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND TRUSTS AMENDMENT BILL, 1937.
NOTICE is hereby given that application is intended to be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand in the ensuing session by Herbert Edgar Evans and Ernest Frederic Hadfield, of Wellington, Barristers and Solicitors, and John Newton Stephenson, of Nelson, Diocesan Secretary (hereinafter called “the promoters”), for leave to bring in a Private Bill the short title of which is as above to effect the following objects and purposes, viz.:
- To amend section eight of the Church of England Trusts Act, 1913, by adding a proviso to the following effect, viz.:
“Provided further that notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained any authority required to be given by such Diocesan Synod to any sale, exchange, or mortgage may be given by such Diocesan Synod itself, or if the Diocesan Synod be not in session, by the Standing Committee of such Diocese.”
Printed copies of the proposed Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders at Parliament House, Wellington, not later than fourteen days after the commencement of the session. Printed copies of the proposed Bill are also deposited at the Diocesan Office of each diocese of the Church of the Province of New Zealand, commonly called the Church of England, viz., 40 Shortland Street, Auckland, 15 Victoria Street, Hamilton, Browning Street, Napier, 20 Mulgrave Street, Wellington, 4 Sussex Street, Nelson, 173 Cashel Street, Christchurch, and 168 Stuart Street, Dunedin, and the copies may now be inspected by all persons at those offices.

THE WELLINGTON DIOCESAN BOARD OF TRUSTEES (CHURCH OF ENGLAND) EMPOWERING ACT, 1937.
NOTICE is hereby given that application is intended to be made to the General Assembly of New Zealand in the ensuing session by Herbert Edgar Evans and Ernest Frederic Hadfield, of Wellington, Solicitors, and William Haydon Maclean, Barrister and Solicitor, Taihape (hereinafter called “the promoters”), for leave to bring in a Private Bill the short title of which is as above to effect the following objects and purposes, viz.:
To authorize the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees (Church of England) to amalgamate investments consisting of mortgages of land, Government Inscribed Stock and Bonds, and local bodies’ debentures held by it, and future investments of the same nature to be hereafter held by it, in one investment fund, and also to deal with the income derived from the securities so amalgamated in one, Amalgamated Mortgages and Securities Investment Fund Income Account.
Printed copies of the proposed Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders at Parliament House, Wellington, not later than fourteen days after the commencement of the session. A printed copy will also be posted at the Diocesan Office, Mulgrave Street, Wellington, before such last-mentioned date.

NOTICE is hereby given that Dominion Gold Prospecting Company (No Liability) has changed its name to Dominion Mineral Prospecting Company (No Liability), and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Companies in place of the former name.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore existing between PETER ANDERSON and SAMUEL GRANT ROBINS, both of Invercargill, Carpenters, carrying on business under the style or firm of “Anderson and Robins,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All amounts owing to the late firm are to be paid to the said Peter Anderson at 176 Ritchie Street, Invercargill.

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that L. I. PLIMMER, of Palmerston North, Company-secretary, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 14th day of July, 1937, the following special resolution (the directors having filed declaration of solvency pursuant to section 226 of the Companies Act, 1933) was duly passed:
“That as it is impossible to attain the objects for which the company was formed the company be wound up voluntarily, and that FREDERICK GEORGE DUNN, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
