LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

re-entry by THE WANGANUI HARBOUR BOARD as
lesser under Memorandum of Lease No. 16190 of all that
parcel of land containing 1 acre, more or less, being Lot 4,
Plan 264, and also part of Lot H on the plan of the Right
Bank Wanganui River, and being part of the land in certifi-
cate of title, Vol. 289, folio 126 (Wellington Registry), of

registered lessee, I hereby give notice that I will register
such re-entry as requested at the expiration of one month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
