on the west and north by the City of Invercargill from John
Street to the north-eastern corner of Lot 11, Block I,
Heidelberg Extension No. 2; thence southerly along the
eastern boundary of Heidelberg Extension No. 2 (a distance
of approximately 5060 links) to its south-eastern corner;
thence westerly along the southern boundary of Heidelberg
Extension No. 2 to the eastern side of Metzger Street; thence
southerly along the eastern side of Metzger Street to the
north-eastern corner of Lot 10 on D.P. 2394; thence along
the eastern boundary of that lot to its south-eastern corner;
thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 10,
9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, on D.P. 2394, to the south-western
corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence northerly along the
western boundary of that lot to John Street, the place of

Canceling the Reservation over a Reserve in Mokihinui Survey District, Nelson Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
June, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for ferry purposes over
the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is
Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

SECTIONS 1 and 2, Square 144, Block XI, Mokihinui Survey
District: Area, 50 acres 0 roods 28 perches, more or less.

Canceling the Reservation over Reserves in Town of Horndon, Canterbury Land District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 30th day of
June, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section
seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks
Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby cancel the reservation for municipal purposes
over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth
hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown,
is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT.

RESERVE 3606, Block III, Town of Horndon: Area, 1 rood,
more or less.

Reserve 3607, Block III, Town of Horndon: Area, 1 rood,

Certain Lands reclaimed from the Sea included in the Borough of Lyttelton.


GALWAY, Governor-General.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of
July, 1937.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in him by section one hundred and thirty-nine of
the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and of all other powers
and authorities in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby
declare that the boundaries of the Borough of Lyttelton are
hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said
borough the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being
lands reclaimed from the sea adjacent to the said borough.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, originally
situated in the Lyttelton Harbour, containing by admeasure-
ment 70 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Reserve
No. 4167, and previously being Lot 1 on the plans deposited
in the office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch
as Numbers 8044 and 8045, situated in Block IV, Halswell
Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at
a point being the south-west corner of Rural Section 37154
(closed road); towards the north and north-east generally
by the said Rural Section 37154 to and by the boundary-
line of the area vested in the Lyttelton Harbour Board under
the Lyttelton Harbour Board Act, 1877, a distance of 56
links, and bearing 152°, to and by the original high-water
mark along the retaining-wall of the Lyttelton Harbour
Board’s reclaimed land and the Naval Point Breakwater
to the south-eastern extremity of the said breakwater;
thence towards the south-east and south generally by lines
bearing 180°, 20 links, 225° 35′, 563·1 links, 233° 45′, 610
links, 243°, 610 links, 252°, 610 links, 261° 07′, 550 links,
268°, 520 links, 272° 30′, 610 links, 278°, 600 links, 286°, 310
links, 319° 30′, 160 links, and 75° 58′, 27·8 links, to the original
high-water mark at Erskine Point; thence towards the
north-west generally by the said original high-water mark
to the south-western corner of Rural Section 37154, the
point of commencement.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District containing by
admeasurement 5 acres 2 roods, situated in Block IV, Halswell
Survey District, and Block I, Pigeon Bay Survey District,
bounded as follows: Towards the west generally by the
continuation in a southerly direction of the western boundary
of the road forming the extreme south-western boundary
of Reserve No. 68, a distance of 170 links, and bearing 178°
21′ 30″; thence by lines bearing 233° 53′, a distance of
152·8 links, and 89° 33′, 185·7 links, to the mean high-water
mark of the Lyttelton Harbour; thence on the south by
the said mean high-water mark, and on the north generally
by a road forming the southern boundary of Reserve No. 68.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District, originally
situated in the Lyttelton Harbour, containing by admeasure-
ment 2 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Reserve
No. 4250, situated in Block IV, Halswell Survey District,
and bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the
southern boundary of Lot 1 on the plan deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Christchurch as No.
8045, the said point bearing 217° 18′ 20″ south-westerly
