Additional Land taken for the Purposes of the North Island Main Trunk Railway (Taumarunui Section).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the North Island Main Trunk Railway (Taumarunui Section).

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 13·6 perches.
Being portion of road.

Situated in Block V, Hunua Survey District. (S.O. 3180.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95439, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

Additional Land taken for Defence Purposes in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

1 1 0 Parts Lots 3 and 5, D.P. 1787, and being part Rural Section 7897; edged red.
3 2 22 Part Lot 5 and Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 1787, and being part Rural Section 7897; edged blue.

Situated in Block XIV, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95774, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 16th day of June, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a police-station; and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
