The Northern Side of Portion of Richardson Street, in the City of Nelson, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.
Present:
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of Richardson Street adjoining part Section 1184, as shown on the plan annexed hereto and thereon coloured red and marked A–B ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Richardson Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, known as Richardson Street, fronting part Section 1184, City of Nelson. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95379, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

NOTE.—This Order in Council is issued in lieu of an Order in Council dated the 9th day of April, 1937, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 24 of 15th April, 1937, at page 1006, exempting portion of Richardson Street in the City of Nelson.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz. :—
“ The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of Scott Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of Scott Street adjoining part Lot 623 of Section 1, Omaka, 476·5 links in length, as shown on plan, and being part of the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 35, folio 236 ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all that portion of street, in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Scott Street, fronting part Lot 623 of Section 1, Omaka District, Town of Blenheim. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 93768, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

“ The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the northern side of Trent Street fronting part Lot 428, Deeds Plan 127, comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 353, folio 95 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Trent Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Trent Street, fronting part Lot 428, Deeds Plan 127. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95828, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz.,—
“ (a) The north-western side of portion of Highgate abutting on part of Lot 11, L.T.P. 1217, being part of Section 7, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District ; and
“ (b) The north-eastern side of portion of Lundie Street abutting on part of Lots 6 and 11, L.T.P. 1217, being part of Section 7, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Highgate within a distance of thirty-three feet, or the north-eastern side of the portion of Lundie Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of twenty-five feet, from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
