Portions of Glen Avenue, Byron, Rutland, and Cooper Streets, and Neidpath Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.
Present:
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz.,—
“ (a) The south-eastern side of portion of Glen Avenue abutting on parts of Lots 185 and 226, Glen Estate ; and
“ (b) The north-eastern side of portion of Byron Street abutting on parts of Lots 185, 186, 187, 188, and 189, Glen Estate ; and
“ (c) The north-western side of portion of Rutland Street abutting on parts of Lots 189 and 222, Glen Estate ; and
“ (d) The south-western side of portion of Cooper Street abutting on parts of Lots 222, 223, 224, and 225, Glen Estate ; and
“ (e) The south-eastern side of portion of Neidpath Road abutting on part of Lot 226, Glen Estate ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of Glen Avenue, Byron, Rutland, and Cooper Streets, and Neidpath Road (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Glen Avenue, fronting parts Lots 185 and 226, Glen Estate.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Byron Street, fronting parts Lots 185 to 189 (inclusive), Glen Estate.
Also the south-eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Neidpath Road, fronting part Lot 226, Glen Estate.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Rutland Street, fronting parts Lots 189 and 222, Glen Estate.
Also the south-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city known as Cooper Street, fronting parts Lots 222 to 226 (inclusive), Glen Estate.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95729, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, and thereon edged red.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.

THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lyttelton Borough Council, viz. :—
“ In pursuance of a resolution passed on the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, the Lyttelton Borough Council, being the local body having control of the roads in the Borough of Lyttelton, hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the portions of those roads shown on this plan and coloured pink in outline fronting part R.S. 40, Block IV, Halswell Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of streets (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of street in the Canterbury Land District, Borough of Lyttelton, known as Selwyn Lane, fronting part Rural Section 40, Block IV, Halswell Survey District.
Also the eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, known as Selwyn Terrace, fronting part Rural Section 40, Block IV, Halswell Survey District.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of the said Selwyn Terrace, fronting part Rural Section 40, Block IV, Halswell Survey District.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of street in the said land district and borough, fronting part Rural Section 40, Block IV, Halswell Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95719, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Northern Side of Portions of Monro Street, in the Borough of Blenheim, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 23rd day of April, 1937.

THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Blenheim Borough Council on the twenty-fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :—
“ The Blenheim Borough Council, being the local authority having control of Monro Street, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of Monro Street 242·9 links and 100 links respectively adjoining Lots 3 and 4 of the subdivision of part Section 5, Omaka, included in Certificate of Title, Volume 36, folio 101, D.P. 200 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portions of Monro Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE northern side of all those portions of street in the Marlborough Land District, Borough of Blenheim, known as Monro Street, fronting Lot 3 and part Lot 4, D.P. 200, being parts Section 5, Omaka District. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95313, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
