SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Highgate, fronting part Lot 11, L.T.P. 1217, being part Section 7, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai Survey District.
Also the north-eastern side of all that portion of street in the said land district and city, known as Lundie Street, fronting parts Lots 6 and 11, L.T.P. 1217, being part of Section 7, Block IV, Upper Kaikorai Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95952, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Signal Hill Road, in the City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.
Present:
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven,
viz. :-
" That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of Signal Hill Road abutting on part of Lot 50, Block I, Township of Opoho";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Signal Hill Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :-
"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the undermentioned portions of streets, viz.,-
"(a) The south-eastern side of portion of Kenmure Road abutting on Allotment 20, Block II, Township of Richmond Hill; and
"(b) The north-eastern side of portion of Durham Street abutting on parts of Allotments 12, 13, 14, 15, and 20, Block II, Township of Richmond Hill";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of Kenmure Road, or fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Durham Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz. :-
" The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-west side of that portion of the street known as Mamie Street commencing at the junction of Middleton Road and Mamie Street and adjoining Lots eighteen and nineteen of part of Allotment twenty-eight of section fourteen of the Suburbs of Auckland comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 36, folio 170 (Auckland Registry)";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Mamie Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Mamie Street, fronting Lots 18 and 19 of Allotment 28, Section 14, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95756, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
