And whereas the authority conferred by the said Order in Council has not yet been exercised, and it is expedient to vary the determinations in respect of portion—ten thousand pounds (£10,000) (hereinafter called “the said sum”):
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby vary certain of the determinations aforesaid in respect of the said sum by prescribing as follows:—
(1) In lieu of the term of twenty-five (25) years specified in clause one of the said Order in Council the term shall be fifteen (15) years.
(2) In lieu of repayment as specified in clause three of the said Order in Council the said sum shall be repaid as follows:—
(a) By thirty equal payments of three hundred and one pounds fourteen shillings and tenpence (£301 14s. 10d.), one of such payments to be made at the end of every half-year commencing from the date on which the said sum is borrowed. Each such half-yearly payment shall be applied firstly in payment of interest computed at the rate of three pounds ten shillings (£3 10s.) per centum per annum on the amount of the principal for the time being outstanding at the beginning of each such half-year, and the balance of such half-yearly payment in reduction of such principal.
(b) By a payment at the end of the fifteenth year from the date of the borrowing of the said sum of a sum equal to the amount to which the principal has been reduced in accordance with the preceding paragraph (a) hereof after payment of the aforesaid thirty (30) half-yearly payments.

Revoking in Part an Order in Council bringing a Reserve in Block L, Town of Rotorua, Auckland Land District, under the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, and revoking the vesting of the Control thereof.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.

THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the fifteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of that month, Lot 12 of Block L, Town of Rotorua, was brought under the operation of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908; and whereas by a further Order in Council dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the Gazette of the fourth day of May, the control thereof was duly vested in the Minister of the Crown charged with the administration of the said Act:
And whereas it is expedient that the aforesaid Orders in Council should be revoked in so far as they relate to the land described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Orders in Council of the fifteenth day of March and the twenty-ninth day of April respectively, one thousand nine hundred and eleven aforesaid, in so far as they relate to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Waiotira Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Waiotira Domain Board.
SCHEDULE.
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 10·8 perches, more or less, being Lots 79, 80, 81, 82, and 83 (D.P. 14912), being part of Allotment S.W. 15, Parish of Waikiekie, comprised in Certificates of Title, Volume 629, folio 165, and Volume 403, folio 192, Auckland Registry. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/910A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Portion of a Road in the Peninsula County exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of June, 1937.

THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Peninsula County Council on the thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, viz.:—
“The Peninsula County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads and streets in the Peninsula County, by resolution declares that section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of the north-western side of the road abutting on parts Lots 16 and 122R, Block V, Andersons Bay District, which is of lesser width than 66 ft.”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side generally of all that portion of road in the Otago Land District, Peninsula County, fronting parts Sections 16 and 122R, Block V, Andersons Bay Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
