Districts constituted under the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in the Governor-General by the Births and Deaths Registration Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing registration district known as the Wairau District, and do proclaim and declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said district is hereby divided anew into two registration districts, the names whereof shall be the Wairau and Seddon Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be conterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date here-with, made under the provisions of the Marriage Act, 1908 : And I hereby declare that this Proclamation shall come into operation on the first day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of May, 1937.

Land taken for Waterworks Purposes in the Borough of Hamilton.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hamilton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :- A. R. P. Being Portion of 0 0 9.09 Lot 1 of Allotment 16 ; coloured blue. 0 0 23.48 Allotment 51 ; coloured red. 0 0 14.56 Allotment 52 ; coloured red. 0 0 5.29 Lot 34, D.P. 11512 of Allotment 19 ; coloured yellow.
(Hamilton West Town Belt.) Situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District (Borough of Hamilton) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28126.) In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94162, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of March, 1937.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :- A. R. P. Being Portion of 0 3 4·0 Part Kenepuru 1A Block; coloured yellow. 0 3 13·0 Part Kenepuru 1A Block; coloured yellow and edged red.
Situated in Block I, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 3226.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95582, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land set apart as a Provisional State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921-22, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as a provisional State forest.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.--AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.
All that area in the Auckland Land District containing by admeasurement 2 acres 0 roods 30 perches, more or less, and being Section 6, Block II, Coromandel Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 18/6, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of June, 1937.

Land in the Wellington Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, as amended by section ten of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that on the disposal of any national-endowment land by way of sale, or on the acquisition of the fee-simple of any such land, the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare that such land shall, as from a date to be specified in the Proclamation, cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas the fee-simple of the land described in the Schedule hereto (being land heretofore held on small grazing-run lease tenure) has been acquired, and it is expedient that the said land should cease to be national-endowment land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare
