  1. In case at any time there shall be a vacancy in the office of the Bishop of the Church of England in Polynesia, then all the lands for the time being vested in such Bishop as a corporation sole by virtue of this Order shall cease to be so vested, and shall be and become vested upon the trusts affecting the same in the Administrator of the Diocese of Polynesia or the Commissary thereof for the time being duly acting until a Bishop shall have been appointed and no longer, and such Administrator or Commissary shall, during the period for which such lands shall be vested in him, have and possess the same powers and authorities of dealing with the same, and be under the same liabilities in respect of the same, as the Bishop for the time being in the said diocese has and possesses under this Order or under any trust or by operation of law or otherwise.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 35 acres 24 quadrat meters, more or less, being Flur 8, parzelle 151/87, Tuamasaga, as the same is entered in Grundbuch IV, Blatt 453, and being all the land registered in Volume 2, folio 201, of the Land Register of Western Samoa, together with all rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Member of Island Council of Rakahanga appointed.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made thereunder on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby appoint

Hagai, of Rakahanga,

to be a member of the Island Council of Rakahanga during his pleasure from the date hereof in lieu of Tupou Rahi (deceased).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 17th day of May, 1937.

GALWAY, Governor-General.

PURSUANT to section sixty-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, and to an Order in Council made thereunder on the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, His Excellency the Governor-General doth hereby appoint

Teokotai Williams, and
Tauira,

of Manihiki, to be members of the Island Council of Manihiki during his pleasure from the date hereof in lieu of Munakoa Timo (deceased) and Munakoa Ngari (resigned).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 17th day of May, 1937.
