SCHEDULE.
THAT proposed street in the Canterbury Land District,
Borough of Timaru, containing by admeasurement 1 rood
22·6 perches, more or less, being portion of Rural Section 2345.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 95523, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The Western Side of Portion of Bassett Road, in the Town
District of Johnsonville, exempted from the Provisions of
Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Con-
dition as to the Building-line.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day
of May, 1937.
Present :
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following
resolution passed by the Johnsonville Town Board on the
eighteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-seven, viz. :
“ The Johnsonville Town Board, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the Town District of
Johnsonville, by resolution declares that the provisions of
section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works
Act, 1928, shall not apply to that portion of street known as
Bassett Road, adjoining Lot 21, Block III, Hawtrey
Settlement, Sections 13 and 16, Porirua District, Block XI,
Belmont Survey District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western
side of the portion of Bassett Road (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-
line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE western side of all that portion of street, situated in the
Wellington Land District, Town District of Johnsonville,
known as Bassett Road, fronting Section 21, Block III,
Hawtrey Settlement, being part Sections 13 and 16, Porirua
District, Block XI, Belmont Survey District. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
95577, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The North-eastern Side of Portion of Kenmure Road, in the
City of Dunedin, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

May, 1937.

“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall
not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Kenmure
Road abutting on Allotment 1, L.T.P. 2230, being also
part of Sections 81 and 82, Block VI, Town District ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-
eastern side of the portion of Kenmure Road (described in
the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet
from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street, situated
in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as
Kenmure Road, fronting Allotment 1, L.T.P. 2230, being part
Sections 81 and 82, Block VI, Town District. As the same
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
95520, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Vincent Place, in the City
of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128
of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to
the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day
of May, 1937.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the
Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting

twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred
and thirty-six, viz. :
“ The Christchurch City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Christchu ch,
hereby by resolution declares that the provisions of sec-
tion one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act,
1928, shall not apply to that portion of the south-eastern
side of Vincent Place adjoining the land in Certificate of
Title 87/125 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building
shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-
eastern side of the portion of Vincent Place (described in the
Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-three feet from the
centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated
in the Canterbury Land District, City of Christchurch, known
as Vincent Place, fronting Lot 8, D.P. 568, being part Rural
Section 96. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 95501, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.
