resolution passed by the Clutha County Council on the twenty-second day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, viz.:
“The Clutha County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Clutha County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to those portions of roads adjoining Sections 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12, Block XXX, Clutha District, and coloured red on plan”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.
THE eastern side of all those portions of road situated in the Otago Land District, County of Clutha, fronting Sections 6, 8, 10, and 12, Block XXX, Clutha Survey District.
Also the southern side of all that portion of road, in the said land district and county, fronting Section 12, Block XXX, Clutha Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of road, in the said land district and county, fronting Section 5, Block XXX, Clutha Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95522, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Portions of Roads in the County of Waimca exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of May, 1937.
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimca County Council on the twelfth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, the portions of roads affected being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto —
“That the Waimca County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads within the Waimca County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the southern side of the road on the northern boundary, and the western side of the road on the eastern boundary, of Lot 14 of Section 5 N.R., Block III, Motueka Survey District, as shown on plan prepared by F. A. C. Stag, Registered Surveyor, and coloured red thereon”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimca, fronting Lot 14, D.P. 1600, being Section 5 (N.R.), Motueka Original District, Block III, Motueka Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county fronting Lot 14, D.P. 1600, being Section 5 (N.R.), Motueka Original District, Block III, Motueka Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 95268, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

“That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets of the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the road on the southern side of Section 389A, marked A—B, and to the northern side of the road on the southern side of Section B 7, City of Nelson, marked B—C, and coloured red on plan”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the portions of a street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of street.

ALL that portion of street, situated in the Nelson Land District, City of Nelson, adjoining or passing through Sections 389A and B 6, City of Nelson; marked A—B on plan.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of May, 1937.
THE HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to, the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Tangonge Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, situated in the Kaitaia Town District, being the land shown as a recreation reserve on a plan lodged in the Deeds Register Office at Auckland as No. 108 and being portion of Old Land Claim No. 7, Certificate of Title, Auckland Registry, Volume 530, folio 132.
