PURSUANT to the provisions of Condition No. 3 included under the heading “Rotorua Acclimatization District” in the Warrant dated the 16th day of March, 1937, made under the Animals Protection and Game Act, 1921–22, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 17 of the 23rd March, 1937, at page 630, et seq., declaring open seasons for the taking or killing of imported game and/or native game in the acclimatization districts specified in such Warrant, I, Joseph William Allen Heenan, Under-Secretary of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WAIRERE ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
PURSUANT to section 13 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, I hereby give notice that at a poll of ratepayers of the Wairere Electric-power District taken on the 17th day of March, 1937, on the proposal of the Wairere Electric-power Board to borrow the sum of three thousand pounds (£3,000) for the purpose of improvements to the Board’s generating plant and headworks and provision of a standby plant—
