Lieutenant W. S. McKinnon, B.Sc., is appointed Officer Commanding Coast Cadre, R.N.Z.A., and Adjutant, Northern Coast Group, N.Z.A., in addition to his present appointment of Officer i/c. Ordnance Workshops, Devonport. Dated 1st March, 1937.

Lieutenant L. S. Rogers, M.B., ceases to be posted to the 1st Field Ambulance and is attached to the Waikato Mounted Rifles. Dated 19th February, 1937.
N.Z. VETERINARY CORPS.
The commission granted to Lieutenant A. L. Thompson, M.R.C.V.S., attached to The Otago Mounted Rifles, is cancelled. Dated 22nd February, 1937.
Lieutenant W. Peirson, M.R.C.V.S., B.Sc., is attached to The Otago Mounted Rifles. Dated 22nd February, 1937.
RESERVE OF OFFICERS.

Hon. Lieutenant F. L. Spurdle is retired. Dated 24th February, 1937.
The Wellington West Coast Regiment.
Major J. T. Watson, C.B.E., v.d., is posted to the Retired List with the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel and with permission to wear the prescribed uniform. Dated 23rd February, 1937.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the following appointments, promotions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Military Forces :—
STAFF AND COMMANDS.
Major-General Sir William Sinclair-Burgess, K.B.E., C.B., C.M.G., D.S.O., N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointments of General Officer Commanding New Zealand Military Forces and Chief of the General Staff. Dated 31st March, 1937.
Colonel J. E. Duigan, D.S.O., A.D.C. to the King, N.Z. Staff Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Officer Commanding, Northern Military Command, Auckland, dated 31st March, 1937, is promoted to the rank of Major-General, and is appointed General Officer Commanding New Zealand Military Forces and Chief of the General Staff, for a period of one year. Dated 1st April, 1937.
The period of command of Lieutenant-Colonel R. A. H. Fulton, M.B., Otago University Medical Company, N.Z. Medical Corps, is extended to 14th March, 1938.
ROYAL N.Z. AIR FORCE.
Captain Roderick Andrew Anderson, M.C., British Regular Army Reserve of Officers, The Cameronians (Scottish Rifles), to be Flight Lieutenant, and is appointed Adjutant, Royal N.Z. Air Force Station, Wigram Aerodrome, Sockburn. Dated 1st April, 1937.
