EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding Deed of Lease No. 91702 (R7/758) of Lot 35 on Deeds Plan No. 2 (blue), being portion of Allotments 6 and 7 of Section 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in certificate of title, Vol. 550, folio 129 (Auckland Registry), limited as to parcels, of which MICHAEL LYNCH GLEESON, Solicitor, GARNET TIDBALL HERD, Warehouseman, and ROBERT MAGILL, Draper, all of Napier, are the registered lessors, and WINIFRED JOHNSTON, of Auckland, Spinster, is the registered lessee, having been lodged with me, together with an application to register a transmission and transfer of the said deed of lease without the production thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and transfer accordingly without the production of the said outstanding Deed of Lease No. 91702 upon the expiration of fourteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
