APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of
a provisional copy of Memorandum of Mortgage No.
169828 in the name of ALEXANDER GEORGE RUT-
LEDGE as mortgagee in all that parcel of land containing
229 acres 2 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Sections 27
and 28 of Subdivision H, Manchester Block, and being all
the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Vol.
310, folio 41, and in Memorandum of Mortgage No. 169828,
and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the
said memorandum of mortgage, I hereby give notice that I
will issue the provisional memorandum of mortgage as
requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette
containing this notice.
