In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Northern District.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1933, and in the
matter of KARETU TIMBER COMPANY, LIMITED, a Private
Company.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding
up of the above company by the Supreme Court was
on the 16th day of December, 1936, presented to the said
Court by Enoch Doel, of Kawakawa, Storekeeper; and that
the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Auckland on the 19th day of March, 1937, at
10.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or con-
tributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose
the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose,
and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor
or contributory of the said company requiring the same by
the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the
same.

the office of the Supreme Court at Auckland, and must be
signed by the person or firm, or his or their solicitor (if any),
and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in
sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner's address
for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of the
18th day of March, 1937.
ESTATE OF LOUIS HAUITI POTAKA.
In the matter of the Administration Act, 1908, and its
amendments, and in the matter of the Estate of Louis
HAUITI POTAKA, late of Takaka, Medical Practitioner,
but now deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of the
Dominion of New Zealand, on the 18th day of February, 1937, pursuant to the powers in that behalf conferred
upon him by section 62 of the above-mentioned Act, filed a
certificate in the Supreme Court at Wellington electing to
administer the above estate under Part IV of the said Act,
and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be ad-
ministered, realized, and distributed in accordance with the
law and practice of bankruptcy.
Notice is further given that I do hereby summon a meeting
of creditors of the above estate to be held at the Nelson
Institute, Hardy Street, Nelson, on Tuesday, the 2nd day of
March, 1937, at 2.30 o'clock in the afternoon.
Notice is finally given that all creditors, whether they have
already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove
their debts within the time and in the manner provided by
the Bankruptcy Act, 1908. Proof-of-debt forms may be
procured at my office.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore
subsisting between the estate of the late GEORGE
WILLIAM BOWRON, WILLIAM JOSEPH PENNEY, and JOHN
ELLIOTT WINSLOE, carrying on the business of exploiting
the "Winsloe Formula" in the Dominion of New Zealand
and the Commonwealth of Australia under the firm name or
style of "Derust Oil Company," has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the 16th day of March, 1936, so far as concerns
the said John Elliott Winsloe. All debts due to and owing
by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively
by the estate of the late George William Bowron and William
Joseph Penney who will continue to carry on the said business
within the Dominion of New Zealand under the firm name or
style of Der-Ust Oil Company at the offices of the Secretary
of the Company, James Mooney, Esquire, Company Secretary,
Imperial Buildings, No. 1 Dowling Street, Dunedin.

meeting of the above company duly convened and held
on the 18th day of February, 1937, the following extraordinary
resolution was duly passed :-
"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the
same and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily."
