LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICE.
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of ELIZABETH WISE, Wife of GEORGE WISE, of Nelson, Contractor, for that piece of land containing 15 perches, being part of Section 651 of the City of Nelson, and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. 25, folio 161 (Nelson Registry), and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such new certificate of title at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Following the registration in New Zealand of Watson Victor, Limited, an associated company which has taken over the business heretofore carried on by W. Watson and Sons, Limited, in New Zealand, it has been decided for business purposes to register under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1933, a new New Zealand company to be known as W. Watson and Sons, Limited. There will be thus no break in the continuity of the business and affairs heretofore carried on by W. Watson and Sons, Limited, which business and affairs have already been taken over by Watson Victor, Limited.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held on Thursday, the 11th day of February, 1937, the following special resolutions were passed :—

- “That F. G. M. RAYMOND, of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company’s affairs.”
