A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1937.

Warrant authorizing the Hunterville Town Board to construct a Bridge over the Pourewa Stream on High Street, Hunterville (including Approaches thereto), and apportioning the Cost.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by section one hundred and thirty-five of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the Hunterville Town Board to construct the bridge (together with approaches thereto) described in the Schedule hereto; and I do also declare that the cost thereof, less such contribution (if any) which may be made thereto by the Government of New Zealand, shall be borne equally by the Hunterville Town Board and the Rangitikei County Council; and I do further direct that any contribution hereby required to be made as aforesaid by the Rangitikei County Council shall be paid from time to time out of the funds of the said Council within a period of one month after demand in writing made by or on behalf of the Hunterville Town Board; and all such payments shall be made from time to time to the Town Clerk, Hunterville, for and on behalf of the said Board.
SCHEDULE.
THAT bridge in the Wellington Land District over the Pourewa Stream, on High Street, Hunterville Town District (together with approaches thereto). As the site of the said bridge and approaches is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94660, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 22nd day of January, 1937.
