Land proclaimed as Road, Road closed, and Land taken, in Blocks III and VII, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tapapa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto, and do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1937.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94584, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of January, 1937.
