ERRATUM.—In the heading to the notice published in New Zealand Gazette of 28th January, 1937, at page 285, applying the drainage and plumbing regulations, for “Waipa Cemetery” read “Waipa County.”

Land proclaimed as Road in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land in Tarawera Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 8 acres 2 roods 23 perches.

Being portions of Sections 1 and 2.

Situated in Block VII, Tarawera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 28520.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94700, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1937.

Land taken for the Purposes of a Police-station in the Borough of Port Chalmers.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, George Vere Arundell, Viscount Galway, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 21·7 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 1372, being part Sections 45 and 46, Town of Port Chalmers.

Situated in the Borough of Port Chalmers (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 742 Tn.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 94921, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 10th day of February, 1937.
