Changing the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in the Borough of Rotorua, Auckland Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of December, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for cemetery purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for a site for an aerodrome:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose of that portion of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed from a reserve for cemetery purposes to a reserve for a site for an aerodrome.

SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Borough of Rotorua, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 9 perches, more or less, being part Section 11, Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Cemetery Reserve, Gazette, 1908, page 3093), bounded towards the north by other part Section 11 aforesaid; towards the south-east and south by Section 15, Block I aforesaid; and towards the west by Nursery Avenue. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 22/34551, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Cancelling the Vesting in the Dannevirke County Council of a Cemetery Reserve in the Village of Norsewood.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of December, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Norsewood Town Board, in trust, for a public cemetery, by virtue of an Order in Council dated the thirteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in Gazette of the twenty-third day of that month, the said Order in Council having been issued pursuant to section four of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908:
And whereas the Norsewood Town District has been duly merged in the Dannevirke County, and the said land is now vested in the Dannevirke County Council pursuant to subsection one of section thirty-two of the Counties Act, 1920:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Dannevirke County Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one of section ten of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby cancel the vesting in the Dannevirke County Council of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancelling the Reservation over a Reserve in Suburbs of Ngaruawahia North, Auckland Land District.
GALWAY, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of December, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby cancel the reservation for police purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
The Chairman of the Thames County Council, ex officio,
The Mayor of Thames, ex officio,
The Chairman of the Hauraki Plains County Council, ex officio,
James McCormick,
William Price,
John Galloway,
Andrew Stanley Fisher,
William Bongard, and
Henry Robertson Bush
to be the Waiomio Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, at eleven o’clock a.m., as the time when, and the Borough Council Offices, Thames, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
