Consenting to Additional Land being taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Blocks II and III, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 9th day of December, 1936.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the land described in the Schedule hereto being taken for the purposes of an aerodrome.

Directing Sale of Railway Land at Kioreroa under the Public Works Act, 1928.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 30th day of November, 1936.

THE RIGHT HON. M. J. SAVAGE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by the thirty-fifth section of the Public Works Act, 1928 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that if it is found that any land held, taken, purchased, or acquired at any time under this or any other Act or Provincial Ordinance, or otherwise howsoever, for any public work, is not required for such public work, the Governor-General may, by Order in Council publicly notified and gazetted, cause the same to be sold under the conditions set forth in the said Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and direct the sale of the said land described in the Schedule hereto.
